The smooth trapezoid-shaped body of the Scheu Vector Palatal Expander fits perfectly into the palatal vault, and a unique nylon insert nut prevents this screw from backing up. Anatomically bent, laser-welded retention arms are easily soldered or welded to molar bands. Black directional arrow is laser-etched into the screw body.
