The TS2 Open Bite Corrector is an innovative product,
designed by Dr. John Voudouris (University of Toronto and New York
University). Open bite is resolved
in less then 4-6 months in conjunction with a light anterior box-pattern
elastic. TS2 is placed palatally from upper 3-3 and/or lingually from lower
3-3, where it is totally invisible.
The mildly pointed star-protrusions are comfortable reminders to efficiently prevent anterior tongue positioning, while generous undercuts allow the use of intraoral elastics for simultaneous crossbite correction. Completely invisible and esthetic, lingual positioning promotes patient comfort and good oral hygiene.
