DADO Laser Welder with Argon
The DADO 2.0 is small, light, and portable. Featuring 10x optics, the DADO offers precision laser welding with speed and accuracy. It adjusts to your welding needs, and with the DADO app, you can control power, monitor water temperature, view weld counts, and more.
The DADO is available with argon gas capability. This upgrade to the DADO helps eliminate oxidation and improve weld strength.
Argon gas is a primary shielding gas in laser welding, protecting the molten pool from atmospheric contaminants (oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen) and preventing oxidation and porosity. Due to its high density, argon effectively blankets the weld spot, ensuring superior weld appearance and quality. It is often used for non-ferrous metals, titanium, and aluminum.
