A Note on Tariffs and Shared Surcharges

To our valued customers,

As many of you are aware, tariffs on certain imported goods have significantly impacted costs across our industry. The best solution is transparency with our customers.  We are introducing a shared product surcharge on select items affected by these tariffs. This surcharge will help offset part of the additional import costs we are incurring.

Our goal is clear: to remove these surcharges the moment tariffs are lifted. Our employee-owners view our customers as partners, and we are doing everything in our power to minimize the impact on you. This includes maintaining competitive pricing, absorbing as much of the cost as possible internally, and clearly identifying which products are affected.

Importantly, many of our products—such as Great Lakes branded thermal forming materials—are proudly made in the USA and will not be subject to this surcharge.
