UNIQ+ pre-dried round thermal-forming material offers an innovative solution for aligner treatments by achieving maximum effect with just one layer. UNIQ+ round material permanently withstands forces generated during the entire treatment without any stability loss.
UNIQ+ pre-dried material characteristics allow it to exert less pressure over an extended period of time compared with conventional single-layer aligner materials. Due to its gentle initial forces and constant restoration forces, the teeth move more smoothly and efficiently and also offers a more comfortable patient wearing experience.
In addition, UNIQ+ pre-dried material offers an applied insulating layer for thermal-forming procedures with 3D-printed models.
UNIQ offers sustainability as well. Compared to multilayer foils, UNIQ requires significantly less energy during production, which not only protects the environment, but is also more cost-efficient. The surplus material from production is recyclable.
